1. I have an analysis / I want to get a service. What should I do?
First of all, you should send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org about the analysis or imaging service you want to have. You can get information, offer or appointment. After your application is approved, you will be directed to the person responsible for the analysis. You can download the relevant 'Analysis Request Form' from the Forms tab, fill in the form, taking into account the sample acceptance conditions, and send it to our center together with the samples. There is no limit to the amount of samples you will bring. Our contract is attached to the analysis request form. Upon signing these forms, your sample will be forwarded to the analyst and scheduled for analysis. The results of your analysis will be sent to you via e-mail. You can request invoice by sending your billing information to the e-mail address given above.

You can access the relevant 'Analysis Request Form' from the Forms tab.
3. I have an analysis / I want to get a service. How should I prepare my sample?
There are explanations about sample preparation in the relevant 'Analysis Request Form' for your analysis. If these explanations are not sufficient, you can request to be directed to the responsible person and get more detailed information about sample preparation by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
4. Can I also get service from assistive devices? How are they charged?
5. Can I perform my own analysis at BİLTAM? Where should I apply?
It depends on the type of analysis you're going to do. For some devices, you can participate in the analysis, accompanied by the responsible persons. To make a preliminary interview, you can send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org via e-mail. You will be informed after your application has been evaluated.
6. Can I participate in the analysis as an observer?
You can participate in your analysis as an observer. However, you must make an appointment for this by stating your reason in advance. You will be notified with a response as soon as possible.
7. How can I contact the authorized personnel for the analysis?
You can make your initial contact request by sending an e-mail directly to email@example.com. After your application is approved, you will be directed to the authorized personnel. The technical meeting will be planned between you or your representative and the authorized personnel via telephone, e-mail, or a meeting.
8. How should I make the payment?
You can find detailed information on the Price List section on the İMU-BİLTAM web page. You can get information about analysis fees by downloading the relevant file to your computer.
